New BPMN (Enterprise Workflow):
The New BPMN Workflow tool will be released at the end of April. 2017. The Enterprise workflow tool will allow users to configure Workflows through the user interface and is designed to allow end users to configure and deploy complex workflow quickly E.g. Requisition, Authorisation, e-Learning, Questionnaires, Multiple Workflows Running in Parallel.
There will be an additional charge for this workflow tool. $1.00 Per Employee Per Month. The current workflow tool will become the standard workflow and will only be used for any workflows that don’t require customisation. As a General Rule, for knowing which Workflow too will be used is: If you want to set a workflow up in the standard engine and it requires customisation to do this, you will need to upgrade to the Enterprise Workflow Tool and set-up the corresponding workflow in the Enterprise Tool. There will also be training videos available in the Customer Training Portal.
The new interface is currently being worked on. This new interface will cover the whole application and will be optional for existing customers. You will be given the option of trying, or not. If you want to try it, you can switch back to the old interface is you like. We will be switching the new interface off slowly, over the next 12 to 18 months. The new interface will not only include a new look and feel in Subscribe-HR: including Dashboards, On-Boarding, Reporting, Workflow etc… it will also include new process engineering for easier set-up: using Wizards, and also streamlined end-user experience. The New Interface is scheduled for Release in August of 2017. If / when you choose to take the new interface, there will be a charge of $949.00 + GST when you do this, which is based on training and access change management documentation based on all the new process engineers points / functions that exist in the new interface. There will also be one-on-one training sessions for core users based on communication of this change management.
Amazon Web Services:
Subscribe-HR is migrating our customers to the Amazon Web Service Environment. The Data Centres are located in Sydney and Melbourne. Amazon Web Services offers the latest Data Centre (Auto Scaling) and AI, Machine Learning Plug-ins.
Currently, the SHaRe solution can be used for e-learning content distribution and question answering. Please take a look at the customer training video Portal for further information about this or speak with Support / Account Management.
