New Release - Microsoft Teams APP - April 2026

Subscribe-HR is releasing a new Microsoft Teams APP that enables your organisation to integrate with Microsoft Teams via Microsoft Entra.

The APP / Teams Integration provides new features and functionality that are available via the 'Personal Details Widget' on My Info, Manager, and People & Cultures Dashboards as follows:

• My Info Dashboard > Personal Details Widget:
  • 'View Team' hyperlink opens a popup Wizard that allows Employee Self Service Users to select team members to create / start a 'Teams' meeting (instant or scheduled for later).
  • 'Start Teams Meeting' hyperlink opens a popup Wizard that allows Managers to schedule the following 'Teams Meetings':
    • Option 1: Meet / Start now (to create an instant / direct call video meeting).
    • Option 2: Schedule and invite one / multiple Team Members (a Team Calendar invite is sent to those individuals).
• Manager Dashboard > Personal Details Widget:
