New Release - Authorisation to Hire Widget - Create and Onboard New Employee - July 2026

Subscribe-HR is making an update to the Authorisation to Hire Widget. A 'Create Employee' Action is being added to the 'Authorised' Tab in the Widget. If / when an Applicant has been Authorised (using the Authorisation to Hire request / Canvas), this new 'Action' option will appear in the Action dropdown for that Authorisation to Hire record / request (post Authorisation).

The 'Create Employee' Action allows Users to convert an Applicant record (once it has been authorised) into an Employee record (and then Onboard them).

• The way this create new Employee and Onboard them feature works is the same as the 'Create Employee' option in the Vacancy Management Widget 'Action' dropdown menu.
• Users can create a new Employee and Onboard them, or the new Employee record can be created (and the Employee Onboarded at a later date).
