New features will be available to you by the end of this week (Friday the 29th of July). We hope you like them and find them useful. These features relate to the Development Module and e-Recruitment. If you have any questions, please let us know. You can either call us on 1300 543 544, or Submit questions, through the Subscribe-HR SupportZone.
Questionnaires
A Questionnaires Folder has been created in the Recruitment Module. These Questionnaires, use existing Standard Questions to created the ability to link Standard Questions to a Questionnaire. Once these Questionnaires (Found in the Recruitment Module under Talent Pools) have been set-up, you can link them to a Vacancy. This saves you from having to tick-off Standard Questions, each time you create a Vacancy. To activate, you will need to check the "Enable Questionnaires" box in Maintenance. You can link up to two Questionnaires to a Vacancy. Please let us know if you would like further details about this feature.

Configurable Vacancy Stages
This New Feature, which is located in Maintenance "On-Line Portal Settings", "Microsite Steps - Default Settings" allows you to select which steps to present to applicants when they are applying for Vacancies. You can make a step Mandatory, so an applicant needs to enter at least one record into that step before going to the next stage, or you can disable the step all together. You can also drap the steps around to re-order them. This is the Default process for all Vacancies. If you would like to create a Custom Step, you can click on the Vacancy (Enter the Vacancy Masterfile) and then use the Tab (Next to it) "Custom Recruitment Portal Steps", to configure Custom Portal Steps for that particular Vacancy. If no Custom Steps are used, Subscribe-HR will revert to the default which is in Maintenance "On-Line Portal Settings", "Microsite Steps - Default Settings".
