Welcome to the August update from Subscribe-HR HQ

August was a big month for the e-Recruitment module. Here at Subscribe-HR HQ, we are really grateful that so many of you participated in the online learning webinars. We've also been working hard to make Xero integration available. Details are outlined below.

Subscribe-HR Xero Payroll Integration

Subscribe-HR now integrates with Xero Payroll. The tables that have been integrated using the Subscribe-HR and Xero API (RESTful web service) are:

1. Employee Details
2. Employee Address
3. Payslip
4. Address
5. Absence
6. Timesheets

The integration can be set-up to send information either from Subscribe-HR to Xero, or from Xero to Subscribe-HR. Each table can be configured to be integrated in your required directional flow.

Xero has the capacity to calculate and store leave balances, however these balances cannot be passed between Subscribe-HR and Xero using the Xero API. This is not a part of the Xero API at this stage. There is no specific time-frame on when Xero will update their API to include this.

Please consult your account manager for details regarding any costs associated with using the Xero-Subscribe-HR integration, or if you would like specific documentation relating to the integration.

e-Recruitment Learning Webinar Video and Migration Update

We are in the final stage of the release of the new e-Recruitment Portal. The planned release is Mid-September 2014. Once the date is finalised, we will send a notification directly into your system. This message will be sent so that System Administrator users will be able to view it within the Subscribe-HR system. There will also be a notification released within your system once the release goes out into production.

For those of you who missed it, Nigel Robinson spent two weeks during August running webinars that showed participants through the updated features and benefits of the new e-Recruitment module release. The learning webinars were recorded and we've made a video available for you to reference online.

For e-Recruitment users, we are currently migrating all your Portals over to the new system. Training sessions will be set-up with each client that is using the e-Recruitment solution. These sessions will be done on a one-to-one basis. We will be in-touch with each e-Recruitment client shortly to schedule these sessions with you.
