Welcome To The October Update From Subscribe-HR HQ

Can you believe it's the end of October already? In some major cities, Christmas decorations are already out in the department stores and the year will be over before we know it. However, here at Subscribe-HR HQ, we've been working hard at implementing some great new functionality that will make your lives (and the lives of your employees) better, happier and more productive. We're on a mission to make this functionality live before the end of 2014 and you will find outlined below, an overview of what we're working on for you.

Excel Data Upload Tool

The Excel Data Upload Tool is ready for use. Please ask your Account Manager or Support for access to the Download file for the Excel Data Upload Tool.

Facebook Jobs Page

We are working on a new Facebook Jobs Page feature that will allow you to create a “Work with us” or “Jobs” page on your corporate Facebook site. This will allow you to post all your Subscribe-HR Jobs to your Company Facebook Page, which can then be used as yet another avenue for sourcing both passive and active Talent via Social Media. Stay tuned for the release of this functionality - we will notify you when it has gone live and is ready for you to use.

MyCareer and Adzuna Update

As per the notification we sent out last week, MyCareer has been de-activated by Fairfax. As a result, the MyCareer Job Search and Alert functionality is no longer available. Please click on this link to read more http://www.mycareer.com.au/

We will be working on the integration with Adzuna over the next month, with the aim of completing it by the end of November 2014. At the moment, if you use the MyCareer integration this will automatically feed your listing into Adzuna. There is nothing that you need to do within your Subscribe-HR system. This facility will be in place until the end of November when the Adzuna integration is complete. We will confirm release information with you when complete.

Mobile Dashboard for Employee and Manager Self-Service

We are working on a new interface for the Dashboard for Employee and Manager Self-Service. This interface will be mobile responsive. This new interface will include a new Absence Request form, which will be orientated towards enhancing end-user experience. This new functionality will be released in the next 6 weeks.

Account Information

More detailed Account Information will be made available through Subscribe-HR by the end of this calendar year. This will include live employee number counts, disc space usage information and more.

e-Recruitment Documentation

Release documentation for the e-Recruitment solution has just been uploaded to the SupportZone for your reference, and can be found at the following link:

We are also working on Training and Setup videos, as well as Standard Recruitment Process Workflows. All of this material will make it easier for you to access reference information and live examples about your new e-Recruitment release so as to enhance your ability to reap the full benefit of the new solution features and understand all the new functionality.
