Welcome to the April update from Subscribe-HR HQ
This month's update from Subscribe-HR includes updates on SHaRe and Performance Management as well as new feature notification information. We've also just released a great White Paper about how and Australian Not-For-Profit transformed themselves after the GFC and reduced their 39% turnover to 5% and became an employer of choice within 4 years of comitting to their turnaround.

SHaRe Solution update
HR Surveys are nearing completion. Within the approximately that next 4 weeks, you will be able to send Surveys / Questionnaires from within Subscribe-HR to both Employees and people outside the system. We will be releasing Standard Surveys along with SHaRe in Core-HR. Examples of these are:
- Employee Exit
- Employee Commuting
- Supervisor Performance
- Employee Satisfaction
- Career Training and Development
- Culture Survey
The SHaRe Solution will also cater for the ability to submit information into a Canvas in order to capture On-boarding information like
- Superannuation Details
- Bank Details
- Address Details
- Tax File Number
Once submitted into the Questionnaire, this information can feed directly into the New Employees' record saving you time.
Workflow Engine
The Workflow Engine is being extended to include the ability to schedule a wider variety of Workflows, as well as track which workflows are currently working with which part of the system e.g. Date Of Birth belongs to Date of Birth Reminder Workflow.
Performance Management Solution
Both the SHaRe release and Workflow Engine release are contributing to the Performance Management Solution. Subscribe-HR estimates that your Performance Management Solution will be ready at the end of 2015 / early 2016. Subscribe-HR appreciates your patience. We are endeavouring to release one of the best.
New Feature Notification
Subscribe-HR will be performing incremental releases. When an increment has been released, we will post a notification in Subscribe-HR and point you towards the new feature wwith a NEW – Banner / Icon. This Icon / Banner can be easily removed by you.
OfficeWork Integration
Subscribe-HR now integrates with OfficeWorks Software. There is a standard API connector between Subscribe-HR and OfficeWork. OfficeWork is a Cloud based best-of-breed OrgCharting Solution which is scalable between 50 and 50,000 employees. It provides: OrgCharting, Workforce Visualisation and Workforce Insights. Indeed Integration
The Indeed Integration has been completed and Subscribe-HR is working with Indeed to finalise this. The way the Indeed integration works is: All Jobs / Vacancies that are listed on your Jobs Board, are automatically sent to Indeed. Support Zone - By the Numbers
Providing you with the level of support that you need is improtant to us here at Subscribe-HR. So is being transparent about our performance and working towards better response times. This year, we've been keeping a close eye on how were tracking, and for Jan - Mar, the metrics look like this:
- 80% of our tickets were closed within 8 working days.
- 15% of our tickets were closed within 14 working days.
- 5% of our tickets were closed in time periods over 14 working days.
The Starlight Story
In case you missed it, we released a paper this week about how Starlight harnessed the negative impact of the GFC to transform themselves from an organisation with 50% employee turnover when the GFC hit, to only 5% turnover a short 4 years later.
The paper gives you an inside look at an organisation that has managed to achieve loyalty and retention and translate this into award winning success. They achieved this through focusing on engagement, alignment and advocacy.
