Welcome to the October round-up from Subscribe-HR HQ

October saw the release of another APP into the Subscribe-HR system, providing you with even more tools to automate the employee lifecycle, this time related to the on-boarding process. 

Highlights for October included:

• Tax declaration form automation
• Super choices form automation
• Performance Management solution update

Tax Declaration Form Automation

Self-Service Tax Declaration submisison via the SHaRe solution. The ATO’s Tax Declaration Form has been replicated in SHaRe to allow employees to fill this out as part of their on-boarding process. The responses are then converted into the required flat-file format required by the ATO so you can post these files straight into the ATO system. When the ATO releases their Single Touch payroll, this process will be fully automated using XML.Super Choices Form Automation

Super Choices Form Automation

Self-Service Super Choices form submisison via the SHaRe solution. The Super Choices form has also been replicated in SHaRe and will allow you to automatically send this Canvas to Employees as part of their on-boarding process. Once completed, you will be able to save the form as a PDF and provide this to the ATO.

The 'New Feature Indicator' will be activated in your system, notifying you of the release. Within the new feature indicator, there will be links directing you to the Wiki.

Performance Management Solution Update

The Pi Performance Management solution first release will be available in early December. Stay tuned for updates during the month of November about release dates, access information and training.
