Welcome to the November round-up from Subscribe-HR HQ
The new features and new releases keep rolling thick and fast off the desks of our developers here at Subscribe-HR. This month there are two new releases available.
We've noticed that a significant number of you aren't opening our emails about new releases in the Subscribe-HR system. Release emails contain vital information about enhancements that make your life easier and improve system functionality. In an effort to learn more about why many of you don't open these emails and how we can improve them - please send your feedback to yolanda.french@subscribe-hr.com.au.
Highlights for November included:
- Performance Management stage 1 release: 'Performance Feedback'
- New Vacancy Wizard
- EthicalJobs Integration
- SHaRe solution
Performance Management Stage 1 Release: Performance Feedback
The first stage of the π Performance Management solution will be live in the Subscribe-HR system on Thursday, 3rd of December, 2015. The first stage 'Performance Feedback,' which enables peer-to-peer recognition, includes the following functional capabilities:
- Feedback / recognition: Give, Receive, Track and Report. The Feedback interface includes Dashboard Dials (see image below) that provide an easy, visual reference to feedback and recognition in real-time.
Subsequent stages will include:
- Employee Talent Cubes: Organise, Supervise, Deputise (Action and Development Plans).
- IQ Search Update: Rewards allocation and Canvas Extension.
- Analysis Tool: for Period Driven Performance Calculation, plus formulae calculation based on customisable Performance Elements. Enables the ability for Tagging Successors, and creating an organisational Knowledge Base.

π (Pi) will be released to the market at a cost of $5 per employee, per month. There will be a one-off cost associated with solution set-up, configuration and training.
