There will be an important release made into your Subscribe-HR system on Tuesday the 18th of December, 2018: This update relates to: Canvases Workbench (Permissions), Deploy Canvases, SHaRe, the Developer Solutions and Advanced Search.
Canvas Workbench:
There is a new option in the Subscribe-HR Workbench, called Canvases. This new area will allow for Canvases to be managed based on Security access. Employees, Managers and HR can access Canvases which relate to them, based on current canvases that are being completed and historical Canvases that have been completed. Tabs relate to MY CANVASES, ALL CANVASES and SENT CANVASES. There is also a DEPLOY option which allows users to send SHaRe Forms/Surveys/ Canvases to recipients for completion. Once sent, they will be able to be seen in the DEPLOYED CANVASES tab. If the Canvas relates to the sender, it will end up in the MY CANVASES Tab for example. If you are a manager or in HR, it will also be able to be accessed in the ALL CANVASES Tab. MY CANVASES is the tab that houses a users specific Surveys/Forms that have been received / responded too. Deploy Canvases:
This option can be accessed via the CANVAS WORKBENCH. DEPLOY allows a user that has access to this option to send Canvases to specific people: Individuals, Groups, Departments etc. for example, you can send a new Employment Contract to people who have changed Jobs. This DEPLOY option relates to RECRUITMENT, HR and PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. Please note that a single DEPLOYMENT can mean that a Canvas/Survey is being sent to multiple recipients in that single DEPLOYMENT. Each recipient/canvas will be able to be seen in ALL CANVASES. SHaRe:
The SHaRe solution has a refreshed interface that is now mobile responsive. We have included options in here that allow for editing and CREATING CONTRACTS through a new editor. There are also new options for creating MULTIPLE RECORDS through canvases. As well as new management of drop-down fields that have a lot of options. NEW SIGNATURE option is available to allow people to sign documents using a mouse. Click Here to watch the Video relating to the SHaRe Canvas Builder update, part of this release. Developer Solution - Layout:
The LAYOUT area in the Developer Solution has changed. You can create multiple LAYOUTS for forms. These LAYOUTS can allow for different fields to be displayed to the respondent/user based on the linking of the layout to parts of the Subscribe-HR system including FORMS, SURVEYS or ONBOARDING. You can also link layouts to SHaRe canvases so that when you create new Surveys, you can allow the person/people to interact with the Survey through the creation of multiple records through the form based on the layout that has been assigned. E.g. Creating Multiple Training Records through SHaRe Deployment. Click Here to watch the Video relating to the new Layout options in the Developer Solution, in this release. Click Here to view the Wiki for the Layout part of the release.
Advanced Search:
ADVANCED SEARCH will be able to be accessed from the List All area of the system. Like in Employee ONBOARDING, the ADVANCED SEARCH option can be accessed from any LIST ALL area. E.g. LIST ALL JOBS and LIST ALL EMPLOYEES etc. Conditions and Parameters can be easily defined in this ADVANCED SEARCH Tool.
