Adding a New/Extra Dashboard
Because Dashboards can only hold a maximum of 4 Stat Widgets and 12 Standard Widgets, some Users will not have enough room to display all available Widgets on their User Group Dashboard. For example, People & Culture Users are able to access and display all available Widgets in the System and because we've created so many great new Widgets for you to use, they don't all fit on the People & Culture Dashboard. Now you can create a new Dashboard and add the extra Widgets, or create multiple new Dashboards and customise which Widgets you have on which Dashboards.
Dashboard and Widget availability is tied to User Group permissions, meaning that Users can only create new Dashboard types and then add Widgets to those Dashboards that they have permission to create/access.
The following options are now available for Dashboards and can be accessed via the ' + ' (plus sign), which is located just to the right of the Dashboards dropdown menu:
- PDF - Users can save the Dashboard as a .pdf.
- Pin/Unpin Dashboard - Users can 'Pin' their preferred Dashboard (it will be the one the System defaults to), and 'Unpin' if/when their preference changes. Unless/until another Dashboard is 'Pinned' as a preference, the System defaults to the Standard Reports Dashboard.
- Create New Dashboard - Users can create a New Dashboard, give it a custom name, and then add Widgets to it based on preference.
- Update Dashboard - Users can change the name and/or delete any New Dashboards they've added.
- Reset Dashboard - Users can Reset their Dashboard/s. For Standard Dashboards, this will reset the Dashboard to include the Standard Widgets for that Dashboard (and remove any extras/other you've added). For New Dashboards, this will remove all Widgets you've added and clear the all Dashboard contents.

WHS Incident Wizard & Widget
Managing risk and remaining compliant in relation to WHS incidents in the workplace is mission critical for People & Culture Users (and all Employees).
Now you can report and manage incidents quickly and easily, ensure accurate records are kept and record an audit trail for all WHS incidents using the WHS Incident Wizard. This Wizard allows all Employees to create new incident records, either for themselves or other injured Employees.
The WHS Incident Widget also allows People & Culture Users to manage and verify the status of WHS Incidents to track progress, view history, update records and manage injured Employees to ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.

HR Questions Wizard & Widget
The HR Questions Wizard allows Users to create and send HR or work related questions to their Managers or People & Culture Users.
The HR Questions Widget allows Employees to view and manage their own HR questions. Managers and People & Culture Users can respond to questions if they're the right person to do so, or they can reassign questions to a more appropriate individual to provide the answer (if needed).
People & Culture Users can also create and save 'FAQs' if/when particular question types occur frequently. All Employees can access frequently asked questions and answers via the HR Questions Widget.

Resignation Wizard & and Update to the Employee Processing Widget
The new Resignation Wizard allows Employees and/or People & Culture Users to submit a resignation quickly and easily. People & Culture Users can also manage the resignation and Offboarding process from one location - the Employee Processing Widget on the On/Offboarding Dashboard.
Once submitted, the resignation appears on the 'To Do' tab in the 'Offboarding' folder of the Employee Processing Widget. People & Culture Users can then manage the following tasks for themselves and their teams via the Widget:
- Return Company Property.
- Set Employee as Leaver.
- Send Offboarding Pack to Leaver.
- Set Employee's last day of work (when this date passes, User/Account access for all Employees that have been set as Leaver's which will deactivated).
- Send Separation Certificate.
