To start the year, we've released a new and improved Super Choices Form and Validation process for Australian Team Dashboards Users (with a new Kiwi Saver Form coming soon). We've also added a Default Super Setting feature in the Activation Hub.
New Super Fund Validation/Form
The Super Fund validation process includes a new and improved form with these great new features:
- Specify your organisation's default Super Fund in the Activation Hub (which will then pre-populate your Fund's details in the Employee's Super Form/Employee Record if they select this option).
- APRA's list of fully compliant Super Funds integrated into the form (which will also pre-populate the the specified Fund's details in the Employee's Super Form/Employee Record if they nominate their own Super Fund).
- Improved form logic and usability for the SMSF option and remaining form fields.
Activation Hub: Default Super Setting
We've added a new feature in the Free On/Cross/Offboarding Widget on the Activation Hub. The Default Super Setting enables Users to select your Organisation's Default Super Fund (this will be the Fund that Employees nominate when they select this option in the Super Choices Form). System Administrators can also view APRA's full list of Super Funds via the Superannuation Funds step on the Data Manager Widget of the Activation Hub. This list is auto-updated monthly.
