New Release - Recruitment - Questionnaire Job Board Steps Incompletes - April 2025

A number of updates have been made to the Recruitment System including the Job Board.

Job Board:

Job Board Questionnaires can now be moved around in the Job Board Custom Step settings. If you link a Questionnaire to a Vacancy, it will show up as a step in the Custom Job Board Steps setting. You can make this step Mandatory also if needed.

Applicant Widget:

Applied Date has been removed from the Applicant Widget and replaced with Applications. If you click on the Application Number if will show the Vacancy History for that Applicant. If there are no Applications there is now link through to Application History for the Applicant.

Incomplete E-mail Notification:

An Incomplete e-mail will send to Applicants, who have applied for a Vacancy which has not been completed. This will send 7, 4, 2 days before the close date if the Application is Incomplete. If the Applicant has been rejected by a Question in a Questionnaire, they will not receive this incomplete e-mail.
