This month's update from Subscribe-HR includes updates on SHaRe and Performance Management, the Indeed integration, our new Project Management System, and more. During May we released the third Thought Leadership Series White Paper from Avril Henry about Performance Mangement. This paper highlights the current and future trends that we are building into the new Performance Management Solution.

SHaRe Solution Update

SHaRe Canvas Tool is nearing completion. The due date for this release is now the end of May 2015.

Indeed Integration

The Indeed integration has been completed. You will be able to see how many applications are coming to your from Indeed. If you would like us to assist with setting up a report to do this, please let Support or your Account Manager know.

New Project Management System

Subscribe-HR has moved to a new Project Management system, to assist with the increase in new clients and new development work. Client Product Development request release windows have been put in place, updated each Wednesday. Please speak with Support or your Account Manager about details relating to this. Please note that Subscribe-HR Engineers are usually scheduled in advance, with these schedules extending 2-3 weeks ahead of time. Your requests will be managed through support and the new Project Management booking system.

Xero Integration

Xero Integration will be updated in the next few weeks. The Excel Data Uploaded is going through its paces and we are finalising it. Apologies for the delays.

Support Zone - By the Numbers

The Helpdesk data within the last month are as follows:

• 78 % of our tickets were solved under 10 days.
• 16 %  of our tickets were solved within 10 to 20 days.
• 6 % of our tickets were solved over 20 days.

The third paper in the Thought Leadership Series from Avril Henry was relesaed this month.
