Subscribe-HR has just released some great new functionality to help you Automate some specifically time-consuming HR processes.
Subscribe-HR is really focusing on reducing, or removing entirely, the most common HR friction points, through technological automation within your system.

Self-Service SHaRe Solution Release
The new Core-HR, Self-Service SHaRe solution allows you to set-up and send surveys (Canvases) to both Employees and External Parties. These Surveys can be sent based on an HR trigger, e.g. New Starter, Probation, On-boarding information collection (Superannuation, Address, Banks Details etc) or as one-off ad-hoc Surveys.
Subscribe-HR has deployed standard Surveys (templates) into the system for you to use straight away or you can clone them, to enable you to create your own Custom Surveys (Canvases).
Subscribe-HR sent out the release notes on the 22nd of June 2015, and the functionality has also been released into the system. Please click here to view the full release notes in Wiki.
This month we created a password protected area on our website set up specifically to offer you on-demand training. Now you can access these training videos any time you feel you need assistance with e-Recruitment or the new SHaRe release functionality.

Contract Sign-Off Feature Enhancement
Subscribe-HR is also about the release an enhancement to the new Contract Sign-Off Feature. This will include Applicant Digital Signature sign-off and Internal Contract Authorisation prior to Auto-Offer. This feature will be ready for use by the 15th of July, 2015.
Performance Management Solution Update
The Performance Management Solution is starting to come together with the first Incremental release due at the end of August 2015. Stay tuned for update release information.

The Helpdesk data within the last month are as follows:
- 46 % of our tickets were solved under 5 days.
- 36 % of our tickets were solved within 5 to 10 days
- 18 % of our tickets were solved within 10 to 20 days.
