New Release Tuesday October the 30th. Security Features

There will be a new release performed into your Subscribe-HR system on Tuesday, October the 30th, 2018. This release relates to:End User Security - MFA, Multiple System Access, Password Hardening, Changing E-Mail Addresses, New Login Page: Please read about up coming release information.

1. MFA - Multi Factor Authentication.

Multi factor authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user's identity for a login or other transaction. Users are able to activate this feature on Profile page and use a smart phone app to generate codes, to sign in to their accounts. It strongly recommended that users activate MFA for their account. 2. Multiple System Access

User accounts can now be linked in multiple systems. Users will be able to switch between different systems using a selector in the top right corner. Click Here to watch video about Multiple System Access. Click Here to view Wiki information about Multiple System Access.

 

3. Password Hardening

New best practice password rules have been put in place. Users will be forced to create passwords that are at least 8 characters long, contain one upper, one lower case letter, a number and a special character. This change only applies to new accounts or users resetting their password. 4. Change E-mail Addresses

Users will now be able to update their own email addresses directly through the Profile page. 5. Login Page Interface

Updated responsive login page interface. Enjoy the new login page and cool pics.
