Subscribe-HR has released an update related to the expiry date for Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding Workflows.
When Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding Workflows are created and sent to Employee/s, it is possible to set an 'expiry date' for the Workflow. Historically, that expiry date couldn't be changed and if the Workflow wasn't completed by this date/time, all the steps/content in that Welcome Pack will no longer work/be available to the User.
The new release allows User/s who have the appropriate User Group / permissions assigned to their User Profile to change the 'expiry date.' The expiry dates for Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding Workflows are as follows:
- The 'expiry' date can be changed (e.g. to a later date).
- The expiry date can be removed altogether (removing the expiry date / leaving the Onboarding Workflow active indefinitely).
- If an expiry date was never assigned the 'Current Expiry Date' will say 'Never.'
The popup that appears if / when changing the expiry date for Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding Workflows displays the history of the expiry date (original if set and any / all changes made).
The expiry date can can only be changed via the following pathways:
- Onboarding Workflows: Employee Processing Widget > Onboarding Folder > Active Subtab (on the Onboarding/Cross/Offboarding Dashboard).
- Crossboarding Workflows: Employee Processing Widget > Crossboarding Folder > Active Subtab (on the Onboarding/Cross/Offboarding Dashboard).
- Offboarding Workflows: Employee Processing Widget > Offboarding Folder > Active Subtab (on the Onboarding/Cross/Offboarding Dashboard).
