Previously, the 'Agree' button appeared at the top of the Company Policy popup Wizard. Now, the 'Agree' button appears at both the top and the bottom of the Company Policy popup Wizard (top right and bottom right), so Employees can click the Agree button at the top or the bottom.
Company Policies are sent to Employees (and they are asked to read and 'Agree' to them) from three places / via three pathways in the System:
- Onboarding Workflows / Welcome Pack (if a / any Company Policy/ies are included in the Workflow).
- Crossboarding Workflows (if a / any Company Policy/ies are included in the Workflow).
- In the Company Policies Widget on the My Info Dashboard.
The new feature (click 'Agree' at the top or the bottom of the Company Policy), has been applied to all of these locations / pathways.
