Subscribe-HR now has more than 49000 Employees using Subscribe-HR each week. This month we processed over 55,000 Applications.
Each week Subscribe-HR processes in excess of 2.7 Million tasks for our customers. That's some heavy HR lifting.
Customer Survey - NPS
We would love for you to provide us with some feedback on what you think of Subscribe-HR. These details can be used by us to calculate our NPS (Net Promoter Score). WHAT IS AN NPS. Net Promoter or Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the quality of our relationship with our Customer. Please Click Here to respond to our short customer survey. Customer Calls - Health Checks and Training
Subscribe-HR is focusing on making outbound calls to customers this year, to offer complementary training and other services like Health Checks. We will also be calling you to make sure you are utilizing our latest APPS. Some of these APPS, like Company Directory are free and others will be chargeable. We will be creating many great new training videos this year which will be made available in the Customer Training Area. Please ask for our Health Check Information Sheet to find out how we can help.

Recent changes to Data Privacy legislation and news coverage about data breaches have provided the catalyst for us reviewing our security.
The impact on IT service providers operational costs will be material in terms of resources, time and costs. This is a mission critical task for both the provider and the customer.
We have taken a number of steps to ensure your data is as secure as possible.
- Reviewed our internal security procedures
- Amended security documents to reflect new security realities
- Trained our staff is security procedures
- Implemented police checks for all new employees who access customer system
- Taken out cyber insurance to protect us financially in case of a breach
- Made changes to our Master User / licence agreement in relation to cyber security
- Engaged with our customers to ensure they have good security policies in place
We are also planning to;
- Move systems to AWS infrastructure over the next 12 months
- Add features to the system that makes it easier to track activities performed in the system
- Introduce 2 step authentication for Administrators
- Introduce IP location change warnings
- Make one person responsible for security internally
- Put security as an agenda item at management and board meetings
The additional infrastructure and processes have added significant costs to our operations which may lead to some price in support.
Once we have defined the exact quantum of these costs we will communicate these with you. We are focused on Product Quality and Reliability for continued success.

New Releases 2018
Upcoming releases over the next 6 months. Please note that this schedule may change due to priorities and testing processes. The Subscribe-HR release process now has an added layer of release management in place for quality assurance purposes, which means releases will be slower.
Action Plan List All. This will be released in 2018. New List All for Action Plans to assist Employees, Managers and HR to view all Actions for Employees which make up an Action Plan, over a selected Period of Time. Reduce Administration, Improve Engagement and Productivity.
Canvas List All. New Workbench area for accessing all Surveys. Relevant to Employees. Managers. HR. (New Interface). This will be released on 2018. Reduce Administration, Improve Engagement and Productivity.
Canvas Reporting. New Summary Reporting is being release in 2018. This will provide snapshot information for all Surveys in Subscribe-HR. (New Interface). Improving Decision Making and Engagement.
Absence List All. All Absence for Employees will be able to be accessed from a new Absence List All area in the Workbench. (New Interface). This will be released on 2018. Reduce Administration, Improve Engagement and Productivity.
Performance Review Deployment (Performance Management). This will be done in 2018. The first of our Wizards. This Wizard will allow key users to send out Performance Reviews to Recipients using Guided Steps. Please let us know if you want us to move this forward for you. Helping you launch Performance Reviews quickly, taking the pain away from Performance Reviews through Automation.
HR and Recruitment Survey Deployment. SA End Users will have the ability to Deploy HR and Recruitment Surveys manually through a new Deployment Tool. You will not have to come to Subscribe-HR to get your Surveys sent out. This will be done in 2018. Helping you with Engaging your employees.
Nine Box Grid - (Performance Management). Performance Management output and Analysis. Including 9 Box Grid for Potential and Performance Analysis. Due for Release in 2019. Helping you with your Talent Identification and Performance Management Administration.
Employee of the Month. A neat voting widget in the Performance Management Dashboard to allow for people to vote for the person who they think is worthy of "Employee of the Month". Due for Release in 2019. Helping you with Employee Engagement and Culture Management.
Dashboard Configuration. Allowing users to consolidate multiple Dashboards into one. 2019 Release. Helping you make decisions quickly by allowing you to display KEY data in real-time.
Completed New Product Releases Past 12 Months
Timeout Extension: Subscribe-HR has increased browser timeouts to 1 hour. This is inline with industry best practices for Cloud HR Software platforms. The decision has been made due to the nature of activities performed by users which usually requires them to create or edit one or multiple documents. We are making this change to improve user experience and at the same time ensure that application is kept safe and secure.
Integration Platform: The Integration platform has been extended. For further information about the Subscribe-HR Integration Solution please Click Here. The is now an Integration Solution available through SA User Logins. Available from the 18th of June 2018.
Field Compression. Fields can have the this option "Compress" selected against it within the Developer Solution (Element). This compresses the size of the data stored in these fields. This assists you with saving money on Disk Space. This relates to Long Text Fields. Available from the 4th of June 2018.
New Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding Functionality. New Onboarding functionality is currently being set-up to allow for Onboarding, Crossboarding, Offboarding processes to be defined. These processes can be set-up based on Employee Type for example. Each process can be configured using a process workflow wizard. Processes will also be able to be defined for Existing Employees Changing Jobs. THIS WILL BE RELEASED IN APRIL 2018. (Desktop Feed of Tax Declaration Information to the ATO). Configure Steps in your processes: Letter of Offer, Contract Sign-Off, Company Policies, Surveys, Welcome Messages. HR and Manager Dashboards are available for processing of Tasks (Filter by Date, Task, Completion). The New Interface needs to be opted into for access to Onboarding, Crossboarding and Offboarding functionality. The New Interface can be access at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

New Interface. THIS WILL BE RELEASED IN APRIL 2018. A new interface is due for release in early 2018. The new interface will be linked to the new Onboarding functionality and will be opt-in. The New Interface can be access at NO EXTRA CHARGE. (Migration of some custom features into the New Interface may be chargeable TBC).

Recent Release : Completed - Company Directory APP. The Company Directory APP will allow users to easily find the Business Contact information for People within the Business. Recent Release : Completed - Performance Review List All (Performance Management). This Tool will allow Managers and HR to access all reviews from a list all area. Filtering will also be available in the List All View. Released December 15, 2017. To read more about this Click Here.
Recent Release : Completed - Performance Reporting Tool - (Performance Management). Allows Managers and HR to report on Employee Performance Data across a period of time including attributes like Skills, Goals, Values, Behaviours. Released December 15, 2017. To read more about this Click Here.
Recent Release : Completed - Announcements (Maintenance). This feature allows you to place an Announcement into the view of all users when they login. You can create as many Announcements as you like with start date and end dates. Users can dismiss Announcements if they choose. You can insert iFrame Video Embed's and Images / text as well as links to click through options. Announcement as available through Maintenance. Helping you with your Employee Engagement. Recent Release : Completed - Action Plans / Microlearning (Performance Management). This feature allows your Employees and Managers to establish real-time Actions Plans, with deliverable outcomes. Action Plans can be set-up at any time with target dates. Interventions for Actions Plans can be things like mentoring, training, reading material etc. What is Microlearning????
