New Release - New SEEK Integration - 1 July 2022

This is an IMPORTANT notification regarding the new SEEK integration and is relevant for ALL Subscribe-HR Customers (Team Dashboards and Non-Team Dashboards) using SEEK to publish Vacancies. 

The new SEEK integration will be live for all Customers on 1 July, 2022. SEEK will be switching off all old features/the old integration on June 30, 2022. The SEEK integration will include a range of new features that enhance and improve the job posting and application experiences.

The integration includes the following:

• Job posting:
  • Post classic & stand out ads.
  • Post premium ads.
  • Contract and variable pricing visibility (New).
  • Post using granular location (suburb) (New).
  • SEEK category recommendations (New).
  • Select a brand to add to a Job Ad (Improved).
  • Previewing logo image in job ad posting flow (Improved).
  • Free text field to capture internal cost centre/PO info (Improved).
  • Manage ads in real time.

• Optimised apply (replacement of SEEK Applicant Export):
• Use SEEK's mobile optimised apply form
• Add custom screening questions to SEEK's apply form.
• Structured candidate profile data made available to ATS.
• Receive application in real time.

Non-Team Dashboards Users will publish Vacancies to SEEK using the same pathway as before: Recruitment (via the General menu on the left-hand side) > Recruitment > Vacancies > [Select a Vacancy] > Publications.

Team Dashboards Users can use the New Vacancy Wizard (which includes a 'publication' step, at which, the SEEK option can be selected).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CURRENT SEEK USERS/CUSTOMERS

1. If you have a Vacancy (that was published prior to 30 June, 2022) still live/active on SEEK on/after 30 June, 2022 - that Vacancy will remain live/active on SEEK. However, the Vacancy/record will be locked on June 30 by SEEK (and you will not be able to access/edit the Vacancy). It will however remain active and otherwise function as normal (that is, you will still receive applications, and the Vacancy will close on the date specified). If you have any questions about how this type of Vacancy will be managed post 30 June, please contact your SEEK Account Manager immediately to discuss.
2. Customers should note that ALL the old SEEK SAE features will be turned off permanently by SEEK on 30/6/22 (and replaced by 'Optimised Apply'). Please contact contact your SEEK Account Manager directly to discuss further if you're currently using SEEK SAE. The new SEEK integration will be live for ALL Users (not just Team Dashboards) on 1 July, 2022. You will receive an email from us closer to June 30th with an update and further details prior to release.
