FACEBOOK SOCIAL MEDIA SHARER
The Facebook Job Sharer and Referral function will now allow you to share Vacancies into your Facebook profile, whether it be an Individual Profile or Company Profile. This will allow you to track Social Media referrals automatically, when using Facebook as a Recruitment Avenue. Please remember that the Social Media Sharer is available to System Administrator users and Public, On-line Portal users.
This new Feature will allow Recruitment Module users to copy an existing Vacancy and re-use the details of that Vacancy without the need for re-assgining details to the Vacancy. The only details not copied over are: Status, Cost and Number of Vacancies.
MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS
You can now include a Rejection Message in Standard Questions Set-up (Multiple Choice Questions).
ANNIVERSARY WORKFLOW TYPE
Use this selection in Workflow Tasks to set-up an Anniversary Workflow Reminder. E.g. Birthday, Start Date etc.
You can now Set-up Roles and Link them to users. This allows you to assign multiple people to roles and send Workflows to the people that belong to that role. Any of the people in the role can complete the workflow/task on behalf of that particular role.
The On-line Recruitment Portal now allows you to "Live Validate" fields in the Portal so that when Applicants are keying information in, they can see, in real time what the result of the data input is. e.g. Check for Password Availability, Validate Password, Check E-mail Address Authenticity and Availability.
