New features are now available in your Subscribe-HR System. We hope you like them and find them useful. New features relate to Core-HR and Reporting. The features are:
1. Performance Management: Subscribe-HR now allows you to perform a more detailed Dual Feedback Performance Review between Employees and Managers. If a dual review is assigned to an Employee, they can complete their review from a "Performance Tab" which will automatically activate in their Dashboard. Please speak to your account manager about the detail of the Subscribe-HR Performance Review Workflow Processing. Workflow Diagrams are available.

As part of the Standard Review, you can now assess Values and Set-up Development Plans. Development Plans can be completed by Employees and Manager. Settings can be configured so Employees can input their own Development Plan information and Managers can also input the Development plan information for their Subordinates.

2. Report Scheduler. When you create a report, you can now also schedule for this report to be sent to managers, in a specific output format. E.g. Excel and PDF. Frequencies that can be configured based on sending are: Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly.
