Welcome to the December update from Subscribe-HR HQ
There have been quite a few changes at Subscribe-HR since the last newsletter. Here's a rundown of December's headlines:
New Dashboard release
Office closures for Christmas and New Year
New Dashboard Release
We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our customers for their patience and feedback regarding the issues that were created after the release of the Dashboard and Absence Request Functionality. Subscribe-HR has closed off all of the issues that arose from the release.
On the positive side of this release, we have received good feedback on the general usability of the Dashboard and we do know that we now have many, many thousands of people using the Dashboard and Absence Request facility.
For those of you who missed it, we've launched a new website. Our new website is part of an evolution we've undertaken to stretch ourselves beyond what has gone before, by creating an image more aligned with who we are as an organisation as we evolve and change. Now that we've brought our website in line with the evolution of our organisation since its inception, and the continued improvements and upgrades we've made to our HR software, in 2015 we've set ourselves a big goal for the first half of the year. The release of a new Performance Management solution.
Subscribe-HR has started work on developing the new Performance Management solution, due for release in June 2015. The design layout has been conceptually blueprinted. The first Phase of the Project will be based around transferring the current functionality for Performance Management to the new solution. This will mean that the new SHaRe solution will contain many updated and improved features so that users can create their Performance Review process. Phases 2 – 3 will be based around creating real-time feedback as well as best-of-breed Performance Management Reporting and Dashboard functionality.
Please make a note in your calendar that the Subscribe-HR office will be closed on 24th, 25th and 26th of December, 2014 and the 1st of January, 2015.
