October Update from Subscribe-HR HQ
Hello everyone - please make a note in your records that the direct numbers for both the Sydney and Bowral offices have changed. The new details are included below. Here's the rundown for what happened during October.

1. Customer of the month: City of Palmerston
Congratulations to Ian Mathers, Kirstin Lehmann (and the team) from City of Palmerston. We want to acknowledge them both because when they call us to help them with an issue, or to sort out a problem, they always have a really friendly and collaborative approach to finding solutions and working with us. Building relationships with our customers is an important part of doing business, and building a collaborative environment is essential for us to be able to provide good support. It's an area we've been focusing a lot of attention and energy on recently, and Rhys is really making a difference through Customer Support. However, how our customers engage with us also makes a big difference to how we can serve you. Big thanks to Ian and Kirstin :)
2. Wellness at work, simple habits for a happy workplace - Live your values

3. ZenDesk Support Stats Benchmarking
As part of our commitment to both improved Customer Care and transparency, we're sharing our key support metrics with you each month - as benchmarked against Zendesk's industry specific statistics (which they gather from across all the users of their Support software with businesses in the same industry as Subscribe-HR).
Here is an overview of our two main metrics from Zendesk for September 2016:
We encourage you to give us feedback via the customer satisfaction functionality within Zendesk so that you can tell us how you feel about the care and support you're receiving from us :)

5. e-Learning Solution In Development: Due in June 2017
Now that thePi (π) Talent Management is live, we've turned our attention to the development of a new e-Learning solution which will cater for creating and distributing learning content as part of your employee Action Plans and Mandatory Training. The tool is being created to enable businesses to develop a 'self-developing organisation,' facilitating a collaborative, real-time learning experience. Our aim is to create a solution the offers users the technology and the operational agility to develop, train and empower employees on the fly. Planned release date is June 2017.
